What does it mean to think the world revolves around you

If you don't posses any money, you wouldn't be able to buy those things and since we slowly are replacing the natural environment (nature) by what we think the world should look like (towns, roads) and there don't grow any plants carrying fruit you can eat nor can you hunt deers or something else, you're forced to live from what other people give you (begging for food, receiving money from the government). If someone has a problem and tries to talk with you about it, you'll redirect the conversation to yourself. To think that you are more important, interesting etc than other people. The truth of the matter is, the world doesn't really revolve around us or our children.Someone's life, problems, etc., are more important than other people's i can't just drop everything to help you.
